Originating from a cross between a 1989 Super Sativa Seed Club, Skunk #1, and Afghani landrace, Green Crack has gained popularity for its reported potent sativa-like effects. Originally named Cush by its breeder Cecil C., the strain was later renamed Green Crack by Snoop Dogg, a rapper and cannabis activist. Green Crack has also received recognition within the cannabis community, winning 3rd place for Best Sativa at the Denver High Times Cannabis Cup in 2015.
